I'm curious about the Blueprint oil filters.
To what degree are they superior to stock L400 filters?
Do you know the filtration rating in microns?
Would there be any issues using BP filters with synthetic oil?

Hi there.
All Blue Print parts are made to O.E.M specifications so they perform the same as the O.E.M parts they replace.They L400 filters are made by Micro in Japan.I will have to find out what the filtration specs are for the Micro filters as they are not printed on the filters or boxes.
There are no issues with useing synthetic oils or regular oils with these filters.

Are your filters only for diesel applications? I own a V6 L400.

Yes the filters are for the diesel engine.Blue Print do not have a listing for the gas engined L400 as there are not many of them imported to Europe.
