Since the underneath of the L400 is basically a Montero/Pajero, do the part numbers cross reference for ball joints etc from any Mitsubishi dealer?

Off the top of my head..

Not the same as Montero/Pajero :

Balljoints
A-arms
hubs
torsion bars
steering linkages
front rotors
front inner wheel bearing
rear control arm/links
rear coil springs/perches


Parts that do cross over to Montero/Pajero :

Front calipers/pads
Rear calipers/rotors/pads
Front outer wheel bearing
Rear wheel bearings
Front & rear differential carrier bearings
