I just found this , new window regulators for the Delica L300 4x4 models for $138.84 CAD including delivery http://www.precision-part.com/product_info.php?currency=CAD&products_id=50 , they seem to have converting headlights for Canada and the USA as well for the earlier 4x4's. Hope that helps
