I did suggest that you may have a bad relay which would explain why it seems to have a mind of its own and clicks off at random. The fact you bypassed the glow plug control unit would lead me to check the relays as they should not be able to shutoff until the bypass power switch/button you installe...

i tried to post the pictures, it keeps giving me error that they cannot be past 960pixels wide, or whatever and i rezied them to something smaller than that but it still gives me that error and wont let me post them

well its weird, i took off the brand new glow plugs, and took every single old glow plug i took out, and connected them to positive battery terminal and put them on ground, and they all lit up perfectly fine, i think it took like 2 seconds until it started to light up quite bright. another question. If i do this manual button thing on my pajero, will it be okay with the 6.2V glow plugs? Or will i just simply toast these plugs? And i hold the button for 1 second, release then attempt to crank it oveR?

yeah im looking for the step by step procedure on how to wire that manual button. And my original glow plugs are 6.2Volts so yeah they are the 6 Volt glow plugs. Also how do i check if each individual glow plug is lighting up? Like i want to test my old glow plugs, too see if one lights up more brig...
