Used the Reese 3 to 2 wire converter box. the right side turn signal wire was too short though, had to solder a small extension on it. Other than that, it all went well. $23 from Canadian tire.

Hi, I am looking for three rear head rests for my L300. Mine is a 1996.. so the headrests I bought at Malahat auto wreckers don't fit. I was just up at Malahat auto wreckers today. They have a delica with a Manual 5 spd in it. Maybe you could get that for parts? have it rebuilt and swap it into yours?

I will let you know tomorrow, I just bought a universal Reese brand one from Cambodian tire. I will wire that in and see how it works.
