Insurance question
I just moved to Victoria from Alberta. The insurance broker states he needs to know the weight of the delica to insure it. Normally they use manufactures web site for those details but Our JDM's are not listed of course. Has anyone else encountered this issue? What was your solution?

Replacing passenger side window
I was wondering if anyone knows if I can get the passenger side window replaced on my 97 L400 Mitsubishi Delica super exceed? I have a email into Rocky Mountain imports but I think they are closed for holiday weekend. Has anyone been thru this experience? I know windshields are available but worry t...

Re: Transmission lag in cold temperatures
Yes everything is normal during warmer weather. And once I'm rolling in cold weather it is fine for the rest of the day. It is just a little jarring when it does engage, I'm concerned that I'm doing damage. I have to cross a serac of hardened ice and snow to get out of my driveway so I can not just ...

Transmission lag in cold temperatures
My v6 gas automatic transmission has some serious lag in cold weather starts. It only happens when I first try and drive off in the morning, in reverse or drive. The rest of the day it seems fine. Anything I should consider?

Re: I say we are due for an Edmonton meet
Sunday is going to be a cold one but I'd be keen to meet for a cold one. We could meet at Local in south Edmonton common. If it is just you and I again we could do Oliver Square again.

DartmouthBrian what did you paint that back step with? Elias whats your review of the Pioneer Appradio 2? The one in my delica does not get many stations. Re: What did you do TO your Delica today?
I think the problem is that you bought a reverse cam instead of a dash cam.[/quote] I think you are right about that. It is an Alpine Rearview Camera, I was told by the installer that I would be able to change the view from mirror to normal but those options are not available on my car deck settings...

I say we are due for an Edmonton meet
So I hear Beausoleil74 has got his new Delica. Our Edmonton numbers are starting to swell, I say we should have a meet sooner than later. I'm sure Beausoleil and I will have lots of questions for you more experienced Delica owners. I'm fine to meet any evening this week. Does anyone in Edmonton area...

Discovered an L300 near my neiborhood in west Edmonton
As a new Delica owner, I get excited whenever I see another on the road. I noticed this L300 a few blocks from my home as I was dropping friends off after dinner. I enjoy chauffeuring friends on our outings rather than meeting at location as in the past. Can anyone claim ownership?
