Re: Rad fluid leak, on driver side of engine.
Thanks a ton! I'll be checking all of the above. At least the sick feeling in my stomach is gone, for the time being. It's got to be one of those..

Rad fluid leak, on driver side of engine.
So I seem to have a rad fluid leak and I can't quite figure out where it's coming from. It is a slight drip on the driver side of the engine. I only noticed it when underneath looking for my turbo part #. Doesn't leave patches on the pavement. The water pump, main rad hoses, etc. are all on the othe...

Parts from Taiwan?
Has anyone had any experience buying Delica parts from Taiwan? There's this seller called "autochassisparts" that has quite a few parts available, for very cheap prices and free shipping. Too good to be true? Anyone bought from them before? I'm skeptical about the quality of the parts.

Re: Purchasing advice?
Ya, while yours looks (and I'm sure sounds) pretty bad ass, the cost is far more than I'm hoping to spend. Looks like they did a great job though. One more question about the turbo. How do I know if it needs to be balanced? Should I just take it in anyway after I rebuild? Do I take the whole turbo i...

Re: Purchasing advice?
Thanks for the turbo tips Tojo! I think I'll go that route. Seems like a good little project. Thedjjack, I don't necessarily want full exhaust again, adding a muffler would be fine. It's pretty noisy at the moment, which sounds alright, but on a long haul I'm sure will get to me. Been there and done...

Re: Purchasing advice?
Thanks guys. They both had repair documentation, one definitely had new injectors and some turbo work done. I can't remember about the other. I ended up actually getting a different one in the end. Got a '92 L300 for $5000. Seemed decently priced to me. It's gonna need some repair work, but it has a...

Purchasing advice?
As in advice on purchasing...I'm not looking to buy advice. Anyway, I realized that likely not everyone reads the new members threads, but I'm a new member. I had asked a question in my intro and thought I would re-post it here as a more suitable place to continue the thread. Essentially, I'm lookin...

New Member from Vancouver!
Hey all, So I don't officially have a Delica yet, but I have test-driven a few, love 'em, wife's on board, so it's a go. I'm looking for some advice on purchasing though. I have narrowed down my choice to two and am having a hard time deciding. One in an 89 L300, low rood, 100k, good maintenance rec...
