Re: Cross-Canada, BC to Newfoundland

Here's a trans-Canada road trip guide I put together that has a lot of pics from my trip this past summer: http://matadornetwork.com/network/trans ... ips-earth/

Re: Suspension Question

I have the saggy rear end problem too...drove that way cross Canada and back! I'll be getting the guys at Coombs to install heavy duty springs next time I'm there. I have a friend who did it and said it was a totally different van after. Graham at Coombs also said they've done like 50 of these with ...

L300 in Dryden and L400 in Saskatchewan

It took over 15,000 kms going from BC to Newfoundland and heading back west again to spot my first Deli...a white (I think?) L300 in Dryden, ON. This would have been Aug 23. Yesterday (Aug 24) I spotted a white L400 off the Trans Canada Hwy somewhere in Saskatchewan...there was some event or somethi...

Re: Cross-Canada, BC to Newfoundland

Oh, and by the way I finally saw a couple Delis...an L300 in Dryden, ON...and a white L400 (just like mine) somewhere in Saskatchewan just off the TCH.

Re: Cross-Canada, BC to Newfoundland

I still have to sort through over a thousand and process them, but I will post some in due time. I've been posting a bit on my Instagram account here: https://www.instagram.com/vagabonderz/ I also have a bunch of video clips I'll need to edit into something worth watching. We did get sun on the Cabo...

Cross-Canada, BC to Newfoundland

Over 14,000 kms into our trip from Nelson, BC to the eastern most point of North America, Cape Spear in Newfoundland where we turned around to go back west. I wondered where we'd spot our first Delica outside of BC...we both thought maybe Quebec, but we haven't seen one since leaving BC! We've heard...

Re: Saggy rear end

I'm over 14,000kms into a cross Canada road trip. The van's been converted to a sleeper (storage underneath the bed)...we have a cargo box on top, a swingaway bike rack (which is relatively heavy) with 2 bikes on it on trailer hitch, and an ARB awning...no idea how heavy it is but as you can see in ...

Re: Trailer hitch for L400

Thanks. After doing more digging around I'm going to go with Coombs Country Auto, where the van was originally imported and they've done a bunch of work on it in the past...I'll just let them install it...because it's a gas engine something needs to be modified with the tailpipe apparently.

Trailer hitch for L400

I'm looking to get a trailer hitch installed on my '99 L400 S2 SWB. I found this one at Rising Sun Auto Import: http://www.kijiji.ca/v-other-auto-parts-and-accessories/burnaby-new-westminster/delica-bolt-in-trailer-hitch-assy/554479998 Looks easy enough to install (bolt-on) and from the image looks ...

Pics from my camperization (so far)

Nothing too fancy here. We just wanted a nice extendable sleeping platform with storage underneath. There's still a lot to do. We want to add a "counter" that will drop down with the hatch up for coooking/chopping etc. An awning attached to the roof rack. Probably a dual battery system. Th...

Re: Delica 1998 V6 - mitsubishi multi communication system

I have this multi-communication system in my deli ('99)...there's some sort of nav system but it also controls all the vents and AC on the touch screen. I have this box installed at the rear right of the van that's the "player" or whatever for the multi-communication CD. I thought I could ...
