Re: 6 x 9 speaker location for high roof L300
Beautiful job! My timing is lousy, I just had the head unit and speakers in my bus replaced the "Future" way. Paid for it as I have no electronic inclination on my part. I am completely underwhelmed by the results. The 4 1/2" MTX speakers front and rear just do not cut it. I also got ...

Re: Trade a 2007 Toyota Yaris for a L300 Delica?
I'm a recent Deli buyer too .... We had a 2005 Mazda3, in great shape with low miles, and wanted to trade up to the Delica. So after searching long and hard for the right Delica, we bought it, then put the Mazda3 up for sale privately. Took 2 weeks to sell the Mazda3 .... for about the same price as...

Re: Old member, tough decisions - comparion between L300 & L400
WoW!
that long wheelbase 400 is just humongous!! I guess if I were taking the 6 month excursion that would be the vehicle to pick ..... as long as reliability is proven excellent.
Personality wise? The Turtle wins, by a mile!!
Interesting dilemna, I'll be most interested in following the saga.

Re: Wife is nervous to get one
Hey, I'm a little nervous too ..... but I took the plunge and bought a Delica last week! I had a 2000 Ody, drove it for 6 years and have no regrets. The Honda is no Delica though! The Delica is more like a jeep with room and character to spare. You should make sure the wife and yourself take a test ...

Re: for sale 1991 delica exceed family member.
Hey Delicites, brought Wesley's "family member" home last night. Thrilled with the adoption! I've been lurking and looking at Delica's for over a year now, attended an open house at CCautos, shopped around and finally took the plunge. thanks for the smooth and pleasant transaction Wesley, ...

Thanks Glen!
it was great to meet you and check out the Delica scene. Hospitable, informative and fun visit, what more could I ask for?

Re: Coombs Country Auto show-and-tell day... yeah!
Can a DeliWannabe attend? This sounds like a great opportunity to have a thorough education on a vehicle I've been thinkin' about buying. I voted for the 16th, but I'd go any of the dates available. That is if I don't have to survive some hazing ritual, haha. Great forum by the way, kudos to all inv...

Re: Delica Dealer / Importer Ratings and Feedback
Can anyone give a "rating" for J Auto Imports in Courtenay? I'm a lurker here, but have seriously considered getting a Deli. I'd prefer to buy local and have local service available ... hence wondering about this dealership. One of the only negatives in my mind is the limited availability ...

Hi Deli Fans, what's the deal on manual vs. auto?
Hey friendly Deli Fans, I've been lurking and lusting over these Delica's for a while now .... and am thinkin' about taking the plunge. Done some searching over the various features, but can't seem to find much info regarding manual vs. auto trans. I've always preferred to drive vehicles equipped wi...
