Removing rear AC
There are a couple good detailed posts out there describing the process. Here is one. http://www.mdocuk.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=37185 I was thinking of doing the same thing but have held off. The rear AC and heat is all in the same unit. When you remove the AC you loose rear heat as well. You c...

Front axle questions
If there is a way, Steven would know. I would not worry about talking a front drive shaft out. They are only used during 4wd driving. Just drive accordingly and it will have no affect on anything else. If funds allow you may consider replacing both fronts. My experience with this type of thing is th...

Trico Force Wiper Blades fit RHD!
I replaced mine a while ago. Don't remember anything special. Pull the arm back from the window, pivot the blade to form a T, push in on the retaining clip at the end of the arm (where the arm forms a U) and pull the blade down the arm slightly.
The blade should pop right off.

Different injection pumps across different years/models?
IMHO Steven at Rising Sun is the best source of information in North America.
They have been importing, servicing and repairing Delica's and Pajero's for 10 years.

Not sure about that, but I have found that you can do just about everything with the cables still attached. Just unbolting it has always given me enough room to move things around and gain the access I need.

This thread is dead. I responded within a couple days, im'd him and even called multiple times. Never got any response.
I would assume everything is gone and he just never had the courtesy to actually let people know.

Workshop in Vancouver?
Rising Sun in New Westminster. They have been exclusive Delica's for 10 years and did excellent work for me recently. I am sure there may be other good shops in Vancouver, but Steven and David have been great to me since day one and I will be a customer of theirs for a long time to come.

NEW AND IN NEED
Rising Sun in Vancouver BC has been working on mine. Headed up next Tuesday to pick it up.
If you want to buy a caliper from him I can bring it down. Best part, I am in Portland as well.
Email Steven Lee at japancarexpress@gmail.com and he can set you up.

You can get these, or new ones, from Steven at Rising Sun. japancarexpress@gmail.com If you want my old ones tell him you want the ones Tom Boyd just dropped off. If you want new...

I felt your pain. When I got my Delica the lights were horrible. Poor output and pointed way right. The short answer is no. There is no way to adjust any light available to match the North American pattern. Do a quick Google search on beam patterns and you will find images that help you understand. ...
