Oil leak in Vacuum hose...
I seem to have an oil leak in one of the hoses coming from my vacuum pump. I started the van up yesterday and oil just came squirting out. I am not a super-do-it yourselfer but it looks like I can just unbolt this hose and reattach a new one. I am assuming that draining oil would be involved in this...

Re: Stave Lake
I know it's a little late but I concur, stay away from Stave Lake. I learned this the hard way a few years back. I went to the lake with my two dogs and a buddy, we headed off on my boat to camp on one of the beaches overnight. Found a nice sandy beach with no one around on the opposite side from th...

Re: Washer fluid
When I first tried to slide mine out I noticed a screw that I though needed to be removed.
On further inspection that screw wasn't attached to the reservoir.
I really had to pull hard towards me for it to come out.
Now it is allot easier to remove after that first time.

Re: Re-charge A/C
I bought a Redtek recharge kit from Canadian Tire. Seems my pressure is ok so I'm not going to use it although my air conditioning could be cooler in my opinion. One thing I did notice is the Redtek gauge. At the maximum pressure on the gauge I noticed a word. Either this means something (other than...

Re: Hazel on Google maps!
I ended up behind it at an intersection in Maple Ridge around 6 weeks ago.
I doubt they were taking pictures at a red light but you never know.
How long does it take them to get the stuff up on the net?

Re: Rude Siberian Men, lol.
Lots of bouncing, bumping, and WOW's. Nice Delica video, nice to see what can be done. I don't think I would attempt it. Was relieved it was a Delica video because with the title of "Rude Siberian Men" and "Lots of bouncing, bumping, and WOWs" I was afraid of what I may actually...

Re: Adding weight to your Deli for the winter
This has probably been asked before but I am a bit unclear on locking the hubs and 4wd on Delicas. I understand that it is bad to drive in 4wd on a non slippy or non loose surface. So if I am driving in 2wd in the snow and find myself slipping, I stop, put it in 4wd high/lock the hubs. I'm in traffi...

Re: Center console
I am definately interested.
Do you have any swatches you can take pictures of for the different materials/colors?
Being uncultured as I am I have never heard of Wenge and I don't want to tell you what I think it looks like.

Re: Center console
That looks very stylish and I also like the idea of the larger storage area.
I would definately consider getting one when you start to produce these.

Hello Want to add a positive review for Mardy, Amazing Auto. The reason I went to him, his reviews on this board of course. This forum has been extremely helpful to me in researching my Delica purchase. I purchased a 1992 Super Exceed with 184,000 Kms on it just over a Month ago from Mardy. He went ...
