Well.... Just spent 45 minutes at CVI. (met Falco) and had Butch look at my truck. He assures me it's not the pulley. Ok well I'm waiting to hear back from CVI about their stock and I will swap the pulley this weekend if they have it. I will also inspect the key way in the crank. Hopefully all is well.

Why don't you just by the standard black craggar wheels (wagon wheels) that everyone has (the ones with the blue and red pinstripe) they are only $85 or so each.... Probably almost the same as painting. And sell your other rims?

PS. You hear bubbling in the system because there are now air pockets in the coolant loop. I would recommend not driving this while you are loosing this much fluid because of the "hot spots" that will develop around the air pockets!!
