Thanks and sorry about the lack of vehical info.I thought I had it in my profile.THe other part of my question that I forgot to post was if the master brake cylinder is also the same as the montero?

I just had a brake line blow out going down a steep hill into a pond (little hairy) and as much as my 3 year old loved the ride I think it might be a good idea to get the braided steel replacements. I have read here that Montero brakes are the same are the soft lines (rubber hoses) the same to? Also...
