Re: What a !@#$% is this?
Thanks Christine for the offer!
It appears that no other lights came on since the initial incident.
At night I checked all positions and not even slight glow from any other light.
I will double check all connections and see if I find some sign of upcoming trouble.

Hello Kamil and Helena, no need to worry about bringing alcohol up here. Plenty on hand as it is. I even have a bottle of Slivovice somewhere in the house. As far as czech beer, that we have too. :-D Plzenske also known as Pilsner Urquell, Krusovice, Baron, and even the real Budweiser - Budvar, here...

Re: What a !@#$% is this?
:-D Made it home OK. So this morning I decided to have a peek to see what's happening down under. Well, when seeing what I brought back home with me it only felt right that nice wash down would be a nice gesture since she brought me home in one piece after all. It does look like that gesture did pay...

So I stopped, let her idle a bit to see if it would go away but no, it stayed. I checked ...

Re: Mighty Yeti Upgrades
 Very nice job! B U T!!!!! I do not want to be a killjoy but seeing those pictures where Fred is sandblasting I notice no evidence of what is known as "dead-man switch" on the blasting hose. That is highly irresponsible of the company which is providing such service. There is 100PSI ...

Re: West End Vigilante
On Saturday we drove down to Bellingham. While waiting in the line up, US border guard walked around our Delica and said :"This is not England" and slapped a sticker note on our windshield, indicating that we're selected for secondary inspection. Upon parking the van we're given the very sa...

Re: Welcome to the "Last Word Café".
You know, psilosin ~ your story reminds me of a small event that I organised. I had this acquaintance of mine's wife cater it, as she was very creative. Up to this time I noticed that food wasn't tasting as good as it used to ~ I was told that it was because I was getting older and my taste buds, a...
