Left or Right door?
If the left, I might have some parts you need.

Unfortunately not. It was in pretty cruddy shape so it got ditched. I'll check for the handle and get back to you.

Re: APRIL 10th - Tailgate Sale / Delica Meet, 10AM @ IKEA Co

According to my calendar April 10 is a Friday. Not sure about everyone else but I work on Fri. (and Sat. for that fact.)

Just curious if it was planned for a Fri?

L300 Left door and bumber, step

Recently I got my van fixed and have some spare bits. The left door was damaged externally, but the internals are good (window motor, door lock, window glass) - Take the whole thing. Also have the front bull bar (bent but fixable) and 2 right / one left step in good condition. Also showing the body ...

Re: what did you do WITH your delica today

I took ShawnVanRamen to the Deli hospital as I got hit in the front left last December and I finally found all the parts I needed. Everything is fixed now and some fresh paint. I do have some spare bits that I will post shortly, if anyone needs a bent bush bar, front steps or a left door (internals ...

Re: Our Delica's Service History?

ATEB in Burnaby as recommended by the previous owner of the van. Great guys, friendly and they know diesels. Plus it's a 5 min. walk to my work so easy drop off/pick up.

Re: Air Sound

I use the o/d button on my L300 quite often. I judge use by my RPM. Turning off the o/d raises the RPM around 300-400. So I don't use it if I'm close to redline. Running down hills I turn it off (o/d) before my speed picks up. I use that to maintain downhill speed. Also, if you can read your manual ...

Re: Our Delica's Service History?

Ohh! A Crystal Lite, I'm jealous. If you're not sure of service history, it may be worth spending the $$'s and having some things done either way (I say this as a guy that works at a motorcycle shop). That way you know when they were done and can start regular maintenance accordingly. Some things wi...

Lost Gas Cap - Husky Gas

I saw the following at the Husky on East 12th Ave & Lakewood.
It can only belong to a deli (I think).
I left it atop the pump in case the owner comes back for it.

Phil - Love your Uke. I took it up just over a year ago. (Hadn't played any instrument since grade school). Me thinks we need to come up with a Deli song for the Uke. Here is our attempt at a Tom Jones classic. https://plus.google.com/u/0/103148442383232902926/posts/bVnEFZiR6tJ?pid=61044094289422273...

Re: what did you do WITH your delica today

Braved the Crow's Nest from Princeton to Van. The Deli showed her true spirit other than not staying warm enough on the downhill runs.

Re: Wet feet

AHH Standard L300 leaking. I had a similar problem. There should be a few old posts about it but it could be one of two things. The front window seal is leaking. Usually in the upper corners, that or, behind the front quarter panel. Behind it is a weld that seems to sometimes start to separate. The ...

Re: l300 vs l400 - crash safety

I, very recently, got the front of my '91 L300 clipped by another vehicle. I was doing around 50Kph and they were near dead-slow. The Bull bar ( or cactus-masher as we called them from where I used to live ) made a big diff. My left front corner is good and tagged (still drivable) but they got the w...

Re: 2nd Row seats

I'll start by mentioning the obvious: Which version of a Delica are you referring to? You mention L400 further along in the post so one can only assume that is the vehicle you are talking about. But I don't like assuming. In my L300 I like the Cpt. chairs in the middle as it makes for a more flexibl...
