I check again what manual say about thermostat.
There my own topic I say it's 88c, but not! That is different engine.
I have 88c therm. my own car and it's go well, but up here is almost
everytime could. :-)

I think at mine delicas boost is now about 1bar, my bottom say that. :-) I have to make a gauge installion, then I'm sure. It has been almost year now ok. But I have many pajeros which have over 1bar boost. If you make these high boost 4D56 engines, you need a big intercooler and better intake/exhau...

Which thermostat opening temperature (C) is fabric ? Please Like I write another toopic, I use 88c thermostat, when is -25 outside car is not getting enough warm inside if you use coulder thermostat. Also my pajero (same engine) manual give this: !WRONG!Thermostat valve opening temperature C°(F°) 8...

We use here 88c thermost. :-)

Could you explain how to increase the fuel flow? pics would be nice! Loose that 13mm nut and turn (in) center bolt, first half round, then thigten nut and try. If it's ok, you have more boost. :-) But don't get you boost too high, or you need a new engine. :-) http://www.mitsubishi4wd.com/oppaat/ah...

Boost don't go up if there is no more fuel. :-)

Good idea. Maybe do a little cleaning while you are at it... smiles. How long do you anticipate it will take you to change all the seals and belts? Falco.
