Any suggestions or reco...

Re: Placing order in Japan
Tell me again about the cost savings on shipping... I just got a Toyota Estima Lucida and a Delica Spacegear for 1481 and 1530 shipping respectively.
I could see paying $2k on a Bongo dumper or something like that.

Not sure where I saw something about these people on-line, but I found them very helpful when I received by Bill Of Lading without a "SURRENDERED" stamp on it. Talk nice to them, they like it.... I had to courier the original B/L to them for approval and they emailed a release to WWL. Phew...

Re: new to importing... have questions
one more thing... I sent my payment via bank transfer, but I did it on-line via President's Choice. I do not have any receipt only an indication of a removal of funds via bank transfer on my bank account records. There is no indication of to whom the transfer was made, etc. President's Choice says t...

Re: When can 96's be imported?
phew.... when I saw the 2012 in this string of posts I nearly had a heart attack as my 96 Spacegear is arriving in March and it has a 96/3 registration. Very excited. As I am new at this, what are the usual deficiencies found in Delicas.. I understand that headlights, side reflectors are normal ones...

Toyota will arrive in February and the Delica in March. I live on an island and wonder how many times I will have to into Vancouver to arrange all the pr...
