check the throttle cable lock nut has not worked loose at the bracket allowing the cable to slide through .....it happened to me a while back....foot to the floor on freeway 90klm on the flat !!!!!!!!!!.

my guess is (a) wheel out of balance or (b) egg in tyre,check to see if any balance weights have fallen off .

check the nut on lower suspension arm bolt,the one for adjusting camber it's got to be really tight check manual for torque setting......good luck.

all 8 seater Delica's in Australia have all 8 seat belts,the jumper seat has a 3 point shoulder belt,as I suggested in my previous post the mounting points should already be there it just needs somebody (anybody ) to check the sliding door post trim panel top and bottom to see if there are any plast...

check behind the panel on the sliding door post to see if there are any mounting points top and bottom ( there usually is ) also check to see if there is an extra female buckle on the bench seat.........good luck.
