i want to get a delica and run it off wvo but I have too many questions......i live in whistler and this would be the perfect vehicle for me......if anyone has answers to these that would be great... is it a bad idea to run a WVO conversion if I am not very keen with engines? is there certain places...

I am currently deciding on buying a 1992 super exceed. I live in whistler, b.c. right now, so it would be perfect. My only problem is that i am a dual citizen and theres no saying on whether or not i will move back to the states. If I buy this van, im afraid i wont be able to register it in the stat...
