Yeah, I think we'll keep it simple and have a 2 person limit, just in case - esp. if I ever build the palanquin. That being said I can picture your design in my mind - wild!

Roof rack artist... hmmmmm.

You know, last night I got this idea... If I end up taking Moon Unit to Burning Man next year, maybe I'll build a canopy to put up on the rack. 4 (hopefully somewhat ornate) wooden posts topped with a pagoda-like roof, maybe lined with silky materials, therein to house the persian rug, hookah, pillo...
