So I take it all back. The guys at Derrick Dodge in Edmonton have been terrible to deal with AND they refused to listen or discuss the issue with Paul at Coombs Country Autos. I have decided to cut my losses at this shop and get my van towed to Len at Automotive Automotion. Wish me luck!

So finally heard back from the shop....decided to go with the Dodge dealership since it is a 2.3 L turbo diesel.....they are closing in on what the problem is and are suspecting either its the turbo or an electronic valve of some type???? We will see...hopefully by tomorrow.

Thanks for the suggestions! I have it in at the dodge dealer right now as they are familiar with the engine. The diesel techs there seemed really confident/familiar with the smaller diesel engine.
