2000 V6 Delica 6g72 Head gasket job/kit

By checking the kit, you can check that many parts match instead of just one part. And it is Montero and not Montero Sport.

2000 V6 Delica 6g72 Head gasket job/kit

I looked up the Mitsubishi electronic parts catalogue the cylinder head gasket kit for your 2000 Delica Space Gear 3.0L, and it was MD973160. I then looked up the Mitsubishi electronic parts catalogue the Mitsubishi Montero 3.0L in North America to see if it used the same cylinder head gasket kit, a...

2000 V6 Delica 6g72 Head gasket job/kit

BECK/ARNLEY 0322909 contains the cylinder head gasket to match MD145826. The rest of that BECK/ARNLEY cylinder head gasket set does not match the 1995 Mitsubishi Montero 3.0L.

2000 V6 Delica 6g72 Head gasket job/kit

Those 2 items look right for your engine. There are a some online parts catalogues and vehicle parts databases around. I use www.catcar.info to look up OE references and www.niparts.com to compare different OE references. I posted a list of Mitsubishi electronic parts catalogues here: http://www.del...

2000 V6 Delica 6g72 Head gasket job/kit

That timing belt kit and that head bolt set are correct for your Delica. Those cylinder head gaskets have the incorrect thickness. Both eBay listings at the start of this thread do not match your Delica. For the 3.0L engine up to 7/2002, look for the parts for a MY1995 Mitsubishi Montero.

Oil for 1998 Delica L400 gasoline 6G72

The S.A.E. Viscosity grade number-barometric temperature range chart is still the same. The operator's manuals for a couple of cars I used to own show the same chart for the 6G72 engine. From around 2002, Mitsubishi specified 10W-30 for barometric temperatures above -20 °C and 5W-20 or 5W-30 for bel...

Use an engine with the correct S.A.E. Viscosity grade number for the expected temperature range. For example, http://mmc-manuals.ru/manuals/lancer_x/online/Service_Manual/img/12/AC311073AA00ENG.png Refer to the manual here: http://www.delica.ca/manuals/L-400%20Manuals%20&%20Plans/PWEE9410_12_LUB...

Re: 88 Van Wagon - biggest battery that fits?

I recently upsized my L300's battery type to 55D23R (same size as that in early Montero 3.0L/3.5L). Because the battery width is greater, the battery holder from a Delica Star Wagon/Van or L300 wagon/van 1986-on diesel model is required to clamp the battery. You will notice that the battery tray is ...

Re: L400 Options?

Mr. Flibble, I've found some web pages for you. They are from the Mitsubishi Motors website and archived by the Wayback Machine . http://sirius.mitsubishi-motors.co.jp/mcnet/spec/delica/index.htm http://www.mitsubishi-motors.co.jp/docs4/web_archives/1995RV/1995RV.html These websites vary depending u...

Re: L400 Options?

it's probably not an option on the royals, it's probably standard, that may have been missed by the person that setup the info that was then used by the 3 catalogue sites mentioned earlier. Just because something is on multiple websites means nothing site "borrow" info from each other or ...

Re: L400 Options?

Are you sure that they are original equipment and not an aftermarket conversion? The three major Japanese car catalogues, http://english.auto.vl.ru/, http://catalog.carsensorlab.net/ and http://www.goo-net.com/, all indicate that for the first couple of years, the LSD was an option for the PD4W, PD6...

Re: L400 Options?

Basically, the Delica Cargo/Space Gear can be separated into 8 different trim levels. If you will like, I will get back to this another time when I have a bit more time on my hands. Low end ... Delica Cargo E Delica Cargo G, Delica Space Gear G, Delica Space Gear X Delica Space Gear XE Delica Cargo ...

Re: L400 Model codes and what they mean....

Jasper, would you know what computer program there is where you enter the chassis number and it returns to you the model code, manufacturing date and major options fitted. I just thought of the Mitsubishi Computerized Automatic Parts Search (CAPS), but have not used it before.
