I run the 12volts in mine (slightly diff from the delica setup). mine have always taken a while to heat up, 6-7 seconds. even if I hook one up to the battery via jumper cables, it doesn't glow red hot until 6-7 seconds pass. update. fuel economy did change for the better for one fill up. went from 12.5l/100km to 11.5l/100km. now it is 13l/100km for the last couple fill ups. I'm confused.
