Re: Ladder Dimensions
I should have clarified. That's an outside measurement. From outside to outside of the vertical bar.

Re: Best glow plugs?
Wow! I replaced my glow plugs a year ago and was beginning to think it was time again already. I wasn't even aware I should wait for a second click. I always just waited for the light to go out then started. Mine has been starting rough lately. Today, I waited for a second click (it comes from under...

Maybe just tell them it's for a Mitsubishi.
Some people get panicky when you mention Delica.

Try Mount Pleasant Locksmiths at 3128 Main St. I've been in there several times for odd keys for locks and other stuff. The staff in there are awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I bet they can help you.

Re: Where can one buy belts online?
Try Rocky Mountain Imports. I have bought Delica parts from them before. Good service from them in the past - although the last few emails I have sent to them requesting parts have gone unanswered - I have no idea why. Anyone else have this issue? http://www.rockymountainimports.net/ Or Coombs Count...

Re: Are my headlights legal in bc
ChrisinBc, have a look at this link. It has a ton of info on headlights and how to decipher the markings.
Its hard to see all the markings in your pic.

Re: LHD Headlights for L400?
I think yours would be a Series 1 if it is a 96. I thought all the series 1 headlights were the same. I have a 97 series 1 and I had no problem finding headlight lenses for it. The series 2 lights are different. I saw a post where someone had installed Series 2 lights in a Series 1. It worked but it...

Have a look at this thread http://www.delica.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=15522
I bought my 2" lift from Stefan and he was great to deal with. I'm not sure if he still has them available though.
His email address is in the thread.

Re: Starter needed 1993 L300 with 5 digits HSRXT
I finally found the link to the JDM Parts Catalogue. For some reason I couldn't find it in the FAQ section. Because I was curious, I entered your chassis # P35W-0414271 and navigated to the starter assembly. It shows OEM part # MD164977 as the one that fits your Delica (1993.05.1 - 1994.03.3 HSRXT9 ...

Try Frank at Strutwise:
I haven't had mine done yet but will soon. I've read lots of positive things about his work. He should be able to rebuild yours and beef them up to hold the extra weight.

Re: Stereo Systems
Yes, the sizes and voltages are the same as a NA car. I installed a double DIN Kenwood stereo with NAV into my 97 Super Exceed. The size of the space for the stereo is pretty standard. There is an adapter you can get to plug into the stock wiring harness on the Delica so as to use the existing wirin...
