Re: Selling off all Delica Accessories
I would be interested in the curtains, and K&N filter if you could post them to the USA. Any chance you saved the cool trailer hitch from your van? I am happy to ship, I would just have to calculate the shipping. If you PM me your address (I have lost it now), I can look into it. I can also sen...

Selling off all Delica Accessories
As many of you know, Hermione was hit by a drunk driver earlier this year. Now that I have finally settled with ICBC, I am selling off what I could scavenge from the vehicle. As expected, ICBC gave me a low-ball offer, so I'm just trying to recuperate some of my expenses. - Sony double-din stereo - ...

E&H Hitch in Burnaby installed mine, so I really can't say exactly how they're installed, but I was told the towing capacity was 4000lbs

Re: Are Delica stickers still available?
Hey nxski, Will you be purchasing another Delica once the dust settles?? Last summer, a woman pulled right out in front of me while I was doing 95 on the highway. I hit the brakes, locked up the tires causing a gawd awful squealing sound. This got her attention which prompted her to stop, cover her...

Re: weight on L300 roof. 450lbs?
The ride was fine, I did 56,000km like that (generally without the jerry cans being full). When they were full it would lean more around corners but still didn't feel too tippy. I've only tipped my van over once and it was because I got t-boned by a Hyundai.

Re: weight on L300 roof. 450lbs?
As for wheel spacers, I would NOT. Especially for a long trip. You could always do a 2" lift with wider tires though! Ditto! I have 1 modern thule box that weighs very little filled with auto parts, a second older thule box that weighs around 80lbs and was filled with camping equipment. On the...

Re: Single -> Dual Piston brake upgrade + auto -> Manual hub
(thread resurrection :? :-D ) I wish the images for this mod was still available. my brakes are overdue. I'm just starting to gather parts for this mod. since the back plate shield needs to be cut to fit, I was curious to know if the plate off the Montero or L400 would fit instead of cutting the ol...

Re: Are Delica stickers still available?
Wait a second. Nick doesn't have the Delica anymore? Whaaa??? I hope a forum member owns that awesome ride now. Nope, I got hit by a drunk driver and it flipped on its side. I went to ICBC today to collect that last of my things and am just waiting on a valuation. Those are definitely cool stickers...
