What have you tired to solve your problem? How do you know it's not getting hot enough? Do you have the fast or slow glow plugs? Do you have auto or manual glow plugs? The answers may help you solve your problem or give some one with knowledge help you - even from Kamloops!

If it was an L300 I would suggest taking out the roof liner to see how much rust you really have. They rust from the inside out and if that is the case for your L400 your in for some major effort to get rid of the problem.
