Re: Strong battery, but wont turn over to start
Hey, You try taking off the leads and charging up the battery overnight with a decent charger? That will eliminate whether or not the battery is giving you the other CCA we love.(cold cranking amps) If you can buy/borrow/steal/trade/build a load tester or have your battery tested for you It will tel...

Re: HELP - wet on driver's side floor + brake pedal
Hey, A tricky situation indeed! If it is a slow leak you could Probably make it to a garage Using super wussy driving style and an unobstructed reach to your properly functioning emergency hand brake. The concern is whether its a brake line that is leaking A bit or a weeping master cylinder that is ...

Hey, Have you checked the fluid? The reservoir is in the dash on the right side by the driver door behind a Slidy piece. If you have a manual Transmission this is your clutch slave fluid too. You don't want that reservoir to go dry. How do your brakes feel? CC autos in Coombs could fix you up quick....

Hey, Here are a few pics that show the fasteners that hold the rails on. The little nibs hold the inside channel of the rail and the longer part is for twisting the nibs into the rail. the long part tucks up into the rail when it is lined up properly. Make sense? Forgive my lack of proper curtain ro...

Re: Wants to stall
Hey, On the later L300's and all L400's there is no manual choke. There is however a cold start valve type thingy. It is on the injector pump I believe. Search Jafarsangs posts for "what to check on an L400" That is what it sounds like to me, should not be to Much of a buggah to fix. Pleas...

Hey, if there was a delica 'ambassador', it should be this man I think if you were to ask my spouse she would say it is pronounced "ample bastard". :-) It was a nice day despite a few hiccups and small spills... oil mirror 2012-06-15_20-34-08_847 (Medium).jpg Mephisto's very impressively c...

Hey,
CCA goes over their vehicles very very thoroughly.
They would take care of everything that needs attention
And then some.
The wear on some of the parts may be a little greater
Than stock setup, but stock is for soup not kickass vans...
