Hey, Have you checked the fluid? The reservoir is in the dash on the right side by the driver door behind a Slidy piece. If you have a manual Transmission this is your clutch slave fluid too. They would take care of everything that needs attention
And then some.
The wear on some of the parts may be a little greater
Than stock setup, but stock is for soup not kickass vans...
