Thnks Punk!!!

The most expensive part of the whole project was by far the custom cushions for the bench. They cost me around 500 bucks if I remember right!!! But with the roof rack material and the interior, I would say I have put 1000 bucks worth of material into the van.

I would love to build a few roof racks for guys, but the truth is I don't own the equipment and I was pretty lucky I have a friend that was kind enough to let me take over his shop for a few days!! But you could always go to a metal fabricator and get a quote. My rack is quite simple and only cost about 180 in aluminum.... Im sure the right shop could toss one out in a day or less if you had it all designed, but I really don't know.

But anyhow, thanks for the comments!! If I make it up to YYC ill most definitely give a holler.
I only break stuff so i can put bigger stuff on.....

I really like the look of the rack with the tent in the rear and the cargo area up front, would look really good on and l400 high roof to have the front part kicked down to follow the roof line.
I picked up a massive horse trailer aluminum rack for $130 at a scrap yard with plans to eventually cut it down to size when I got a vehicle I was sure I'd keep for a while, and I'm positive I'll have an L400 for quite some time.
