My Bistro produces about 30 Liters of veggie oil a week. I'm looking for someone reliable to pick it up for use in their veggie truck. It's located in Downtown Victoria.

If you don't get any local takers I'd be more than willing to pick it up. I'm in Nanaimo, but I travel to Vic every other week, so if you are OK with holding onto the oil for 2 weeks I could pick it up on my way back out of town. Let me know how it goes. I'll be in Victoria this Sunday or possibly Monday if you want me to do a pick up.
