Hi All,
I'm Yarko and I'm the proud owner of a new (to Canada) 1995 Super Exceed!
This baby was a 4B auction grade, and has obviously been loved over it's lifetime.
In fact...I'm already scared to take her off road for camping/hunting cuz she's just too pretty!
Bone stock except for:
Turbo Timer (see photos, I have no idea how to work this...help?)
Stainless steel piping to/from inter-cooler, along with blow-off valve)
Turbo-back exhaust (looks new)
Truck mounted sink/watertank & storage kit (eats a bit too much storage space)
I've named it the War Rig...though Miss PIggy seems to work well too

Re: New L400 in Vancouver!
interesting controllers. Had to try and look them up....i like that old school stuff.
The OER unit is a either a Digital Pulse Injection or a Dual Port Injection controller. The first implies the injectors are adjustable via a a change in signal. (Gen 1 L400 are all mechanical so thats not it). the second relates to an auxillary injector usually at the air intake stream. I wonder if there is a secondary fuel injector that is adding a little extra fuel via one of the doo-hickeys on your intercooler hose....hmmm. It may be connected to nothing on a diesel which is very plausible cuz this unit was a few BonzozukoFuel gasoline injected cars (japanese hot rods).....and having a bit more fuel with a gas turbo engine does give more power.....adding extra fuel in a diesel just makes more smoke.
The left side looks like a boost controller so maybe its connected to the aftermarket blow-off valve at your intercooler. Be curious to know if the stock BO valve was disabled in favor of the shiny brass one.
Its a boost controller too.....weird though can't find a thing on it online.
Do they power up?

Hi Yarko
Nice looking new rig. Hope to see you on the road sometime. Is there a stove in the stainless setup?
