I don't know but I have heard word of washouts. I am doing my best to get info on this kind of thing.

Hi gang,
Thunderbirds are go!
The road is definitely open as of this afternoon, (Wed 28th ) according to BC Forestry. Now get back to prepping your appetizers!

Hi Mitch,
Almost a bummer that the road is in such good shape. I'm usually up for a bit of roadside engineering.
No rig mounted winch but I do have a trifor and a snatch block and about 48 feet of 5/8 cable. Without doing any math, I should be able to pull something like 3 tonnes (not tons). That's a deli and a half without special rigging. No skis though. I find they only work well on snow and snow is always cold.
Get goin' on those appies! I'm gettin' hungry just thinking about it.
