You can start by checking the thermostat or better, replace it,use a 76.5'C. .Secundo, maybe the radiator? And what about the water pump?
If all those things are ok,maybe the clutch fan is not working properly. The fan is a really important factor to keep the temperature cool.

Hello Strada 92!! The termostat is new, for 76.5°C, the readiator is ok, because I´d had not oeverheating problems befor! Anyway I will clean de radiator.. and de water pump I´ll check tomorrow.. but, like I told, the cooling system was Ok, the cylinder head was crack suddenly and bubbles started coming out of the tank.. had a crack between combustion camera and intake valve seat in cylinders 2 and 3.. I bought this vehicle 3 months ago, so maybe the cylinder head, had this cracks before.. I will repair this engine but I would like to be sure that this problem not happen again..
Cheers
Alex

Hi Alexis,

Sorry to what happened to you. Even though your radiator is ok.,it may show the temp. in the guage it is find, you need some device to monitor that more accurately. The stock temp. guage is not that reliable. You actually need a prynometer. It measures exhaust temp (EGT ) . Turbo generates lots of heat .Have a search at the forum, there is tons of information on this.

Cheers,
DC

Hi DC,

I bought a engine protector called Siselco http://www.siselco.com.ar/files/supervi ... tector.pdf this is a real-time monitor of parameters such as high temp, low temp, low oil pressure, coolant level and low voltage. The temp is measured directly on the cylinder head, and have programmable alarms and cutting engine.. I hope whith this device, don´t have more problems.. Anyway I´m worry about the problems with this engine!!

Cheers,
Alex
