I've seen these put on by Felix, but they need to be exactly the right length.

The info founded so far:

1-For front brake lines only:
From RHD Japan : APP Stainless Mesh Telfon Brake Lines MB-117SS (http://www.rhdjapan.com/app-stainless-m ... oyota.html). Also available in steel (MB-117ST).

2-For front and rear (info taken from Dino Evolution): dinoevo.de
1-From Russell (http://www.russellperformance.com/)
Front and rear (4x Russell 656012 (9″) 1x Russell 656062 (24″, shorter is fine if you don’t have a lift), 2x Russell 683942 (90 degree bracket) 2x 3/16 in. o.d. SAE inverted flare metric brake line with 2 pcs. M10 – 1.0 long tube nut fitting, Brake Fittings: 8x Russell 641411, 2x Russell 641431.

3-Go to your nearest (or online) custom made brake lines shop (http://edbrakeclutch.ca/service/brake-hoses/), etc. Take your hoses-lines to be replace in order to match the lenght: Measurements to be add to this thread by someone

I think there is enough info here for those who want to go throu this modification to start with: Add your own to enrich this thread :o

Any hydraulic hose shop can make them up for you. All they need is length and end connection size!
