So I found the source of my wet carpets even after sealing behind the front corners and roof gutters. There is water leaking through the sunroof seam sort of near the front hinges. Doesn't look bad, but has anyone else had this problem or fixed this?
Do I just try to remove the sealer, clean it out with a wire brush, paint and re apply seam sealer?
Worried it will turn out like this if I don't do anything:

Leaky Sunroof Seam
I would definitely address the issue... if you can get it clean, treat it with a rust converter, paint and reseal you should be fine. There should also be a drain or two somewhere... make sure they're not plugged.
I don't actually have a sunroof so I can't offer anything more specific.
