Did you figure out what engine you'll put in there ? Gas or Diesel ?

Because I plan on doing a lot of third world travel, I will be staying with diesel. I don't think I will be doing any engine work until the spring. Need to pay down the charge card first, the Mrs. Said So!!

Wow, these are 33"? They look quite tiny on your huge lift. :-)
Any experience yet how the van is doing if you push it up a steep hill?

I see you've moved the two axles closer together than when you first attached back-end-1 to back-end-2. Did you get the drive arrangement sorted?

Looks like it belongs exploring the moon ! 8-)

Very unique and hat's off to your fab'ing.

Does the front wheels articulate ? From the picture it looks like the wheel wells are tiny compared to the tires.

The tires actually have a lot of room to move, having said that the plastic farings will be coming off as I will the tires will be rubbing when I get to the mud..

Do the rear wheels both have drive?

Also, are you going to upgrade the engine? I've seen several New Zealand and Australia L300's retrofitted with bigger Toyota engines.

Finally, get that thing on the road and pull into the first scale you find. Very curious about axle weight.

I will drive all six wheels eventually. That will happen at the same time I put a bigger engine in. But I need to recover from the initial costs of the body join.
