The service there sucks!!! Prices there suck!!! I hate Japanoid and will never go back!!!

They couldn't change an alternator belt properly even after we told them how to do it. Bought a truck from them and it took over a year and a half to get it all sorted. The genius Shogo brought it in with the wrong sized rims and screwed us around for a year and a half. Only way we could ever find out what was going on was by wasting days of our time going there to track Shogo down. Never answers phone or email, EVER!! Once he has your money he won't give two shots about you. WAY OVERPRICED ON EVERYTHING!!! He gets his parts from Rocky Mountain Imports so save your time and money by going to them directly.
