Need help from a low-roof L400 with stock susp. - Help!!

I am really, really, *really* close to ante-ing up for a low-roof L400 from Mardy at AAI, but the one thing that I need to check is the clearance on my underground parking garage. I have measured the last L400 I saw and it *looks* OK, but I really need to watch one creep into the garage before I take the plunge.

Sooooo if there is anyone out there with a stock L400 (suspension and roof, anyways) willing to bring their baby over to the Kits area in Vancouver, I'd be much obliged. I have all the control keys to the automatic gate, so I *promise* we won't scrape any paint off. I'd even spring for the beverage of your choice at the local coffee/watering hole. Last time I counted there are 14, count 'em 14 Starbucks within walking distance.
