Free Camping Package for L300

Hi, my Delica came with a box/bench in the trunk with a little sink and some contraption made out of pvc piping and boards that I think snaps together into a bed... which slides out from under the rear bench. I haven't taken a picture of it yet, but it could be cool if you can figure out what it is.. must have been made by some Japanese handyman.
