We got here.
The lake
The 24 ft trailer is a double axle so in Saskatchewan we can pull a boat behind it.
The boat. 14ft Lund aluminum.
Us: 6
Kept the revs under 3000 in the std tranny and took our time.

Oh man... You have to post a picture of your rig (train) when it's set up.
I don't want to assume, what kind of hills do you typically have to deal with? I understand Saskatchewan is generally flat but there must be some hills, no?

The closer you get to Ontario, the flatter our country gets. B.C. is all hills, Alberta is hills in the beginning and flat farmland until you hit Saskabush and then it is uber-flat. I was actually passing people in my VW on our way to Lake of the Woods a couple years back!

Actually only southern Saskatchewan is flat. Once you get north of Saskatoon you get into the trees again. North of prince Albert evergreens , hills and beautiful country. Now if only I could squeeze a few more hp out of the boat motor.

I've been tempted to get a 17' Boler to pull behind my L400.

Now you're making me think larger....

What happens if you stick that on the end of your Wagon?

Still holding my breath to see a picture of your train.
