Most of the stuff listed is standard with a Deli.
Good to see it has had the timing belts done (normal schedule I believe is at 120,000km)
It looks clean (Rust) But I guess Tennessee doesn't see as much rain as Vancouver.
Other things to consider; Brakes, Ball Joints, & suspension. I am sure others on this site can input more.
At $12,500 USD - I think it's way overpriced. Makes me want to take mine stateside to sell. And if you're not living near there, transport costs.
Just my $0.02 worth
