99 l400 help needed

Hi I got a 99 l400 spacegear absolutely love it. Unfortunately smashed up the front end. Found a 97 spacegear l400 close to home for a good price. The body style is slightly different I think but I was told if I swap all the front end panels it will bolt on easy enough is this true? Thanks for your help sorry if posted in wrong thread
