Mitsubishi Delica L400 production commenced in 1994 -- After much anticipation, the L400 arrived on Canadian Soil in 2009!

Looking to blend Howes and 2 stroke

Post by joedelica »

Hi All,

A fellow DeliCanadian and I are looking to pick up some Howes and 2 stroke motor oil to blend into one bottle for each one of us for refueling.
Could anyone suggest what the ratio should roughly be?

Thanks,

Joe

Never tried the two, I use Howes but I'm not sure if there is any point to blending them. Having said that I would think by checking the MSD Sheet would give you some insight to what mixture to go with.

I say give it a go split it 25% Howe's and 75% 2stroke

Can't hurt

Measure it twice, cut once. Dam still cut wrong

X2, sounds about right; Howes recommends 640:1 and 2-stroke consensus seems to be 200:1, so 3:1 oil:Howes would follow that logic.

Then add around 1 cup (250ml) of the blend per 50L fillup.
