I ripped apart my dash today looking to annihilate some dash crickets.
I took the opportunity to clean the speedometer and tach guages (wow what a difference!).
All went well on re-assembly, except that I appear to be going >180kmph while parked.
I know I can correct this by re-ripping it apart and flicking the guage over, but that would be a total hassle.
Does anyone know if there might be a shortcut?
Cheers,
Jamie.

Woohoo! It fixed itself. No need to disassemble it all again.

Re: Possible to reset speedometer?
If it happens again, you should check the plug connections are tightly mated.
