Needed: Interior lower door panel 1995 L 400- Grey

As I was opening the side door, the upper corner of the interior lower door panel caught on the body of the van and broke the pressboard underneath and tore up the vinyl. It's just the corner of the panel, but it's broken beyond repair.

Any ideas on where to source a grey interior lower door panel for a 1995 L400?

I'm also looking for three flat metal clips that sit in slots in the body as anchors for the upper interior panel. As I replaced my door handle today I found that two clips were missing, so the upper panel isn't anchored in securely.

Finally, I could also use 5-6 of the white plastic nipple-shaped anchors that slot into the upholstered pressboard panels to attach them to the body. I discovered that a few a are missing in my rear door.
