LED Spot/flood Lights

Post by Firesong »

Finally found the lights I have been searching for.
Grote and AL Lightech have been teasing me for a while but
I was only able to find the lower stuff and the high output was super
expensive. Finally a price drop and one of the truck supply outfitters
got some of the nice ones in.

Info:
Par36 (4" Round) High Intensity Aluminum Alloy Housing Multi-Purpose Worklight
Specification:
High intensity LED heavy-duty work light. Features a sealed, water-resistant,
PMMA lens, aluminum alloy housing with a 1ft heavy-duty cord.
Operating Voltage: 12V-24V DC (10-32Volts)
Operating Current: < 1.33 Amps (tested at 12.8V) for 1350 lumen
2.25 Amps (White, tested at 12.8V) for 2150 lumen

I picked up 2
W0604510: Par36 White High Intensity LED, Heavy-Duty Work Light with
Aluminum Alloy Housing, Flood Beam, 1350 Lumen Output (18 watt)
$78.00 each
Mounted up on my rack

and 2
W0904510: Par36 White Super High Intensity LED, Heavy-Duty Work Light with
Aluminum Alloy Housing, Flood Beam, 2150 Lumen Output (24 watt)
$109.00 each
Mounted on the front end

Page 20 has the lights I am referring to.

Very happy with them. Previously I had 4 double hella bulb square lights.
which will reduce the amperage and wattage considerably.

Pictures later... had to post :)

Considerably more expensive per wattage/lumen especially once you add the shipping charge on. It's crazy how they tack on outrageous shipping.

I'm familiar with al tech and the place I bought them. So if in 2 months the board screws up and two of the LEDs don't work I have warranty in town.
