New Hitch installed, spare won't fit anymore...

Post by philmeup1 »

Hey there folks,

I have a '93 Super Exceed L300 that I installed an E&H Trailer Hitch on. The hitch fit quite nicely, however now I can't seem to get the spare tire back up in there where it once used to live. I kind of forgot about this but really need to get the spare back up in there.... If it's possible??

Anyone know if this is typical and if there's a work around?? Like I said the hitch is great but the tire is way out of whack from fitting back up in there now..... :-(

Any help is appreciated, cheers

Yeah, I work at a school and had the shop teacher along with the students install it for me. I'm going to see if I can get it back in there on the hoist sometime next week. He may be able to modify the bracket so it'll fit back up under there the way it should.

I'll take some pics as well.

Cheers
