Is an L400 suitable for a single-vehicle family in Ontario?

Mine is (was) a 7 seater before I took the rear bench out, to sleep in it I just got a piece of plywood cut at home depot to cover the gap between the captains chairs, doesn't have to be huge.

In a 7-seat LWB you can fold the middle and rear seats flat, then inflate an air mattress overtop. Works good, leaves a little space under the rear and in front of the mattress for your stuff. Me and my older 2 boys sleep out like this often.
