Re: fuse box (wiring diagram)
Here's some info:
FUSE BOX:
Starting top left, with the ratings for additional guidance:
10A Room, 10A Hazard, 15A Horn, 10A Stop, 15A Head(upper), 15A Head
(upper), 15A Head(lower), 15A Defog, 20A Rear heater, 20A Door lock.
(I'm assuming that Head (upper) is High beam, although not sure why
there's two, unless one for each side. Either that or one is the fog
lights)
Lower:
15A Wiper, 15A Lighter, 15A Rear Lighter, 20A Sunroof, 15A Turn, 20A
Heater, (Then 4 spare slots)
You may very well have shorted your DRL module... something to keep in mind.
Good luck.

Re: fuse box (wiring diagram)
hard to say for sure, but I would say in order of likelyhood:
- DRL module
- fuse
- bulb
- other wiring?
however from a troubleshooting stand point, start with the easy stuff:
- fuse
- bulb
- DRL module
- other wiring?

Re: fuse box (wiring diagram)
The drl module will have diodes in them, heavy loads backfeeding from the civic after it started will have fried them.
Check all fuses in the fuse box and look very closely at your battery to make sure there are no fusible links that have burned. They will look like regular wires, just put a test light on them to ensure that they have current.
Do your lights work okay with the normal switch?
If so change out the drl module.
If not - remove the drl and try the main headlight switch again, in case the drl module is interfering with the normal headlight switch.
