headlight washer pump fuse

Post by patriceboivin »

Is there a fuse for the headlight washer pump? If there is, where would it be?

There are fuse box diagrams on the 'net but am not sure whether the Royal Exceed's fuse box layout is the same.

I emptied the front washer tank, brown gunk came out of it. I also used the max setting of my garden hose and sent it through the pipe leading to the headlights, more gunk came out (and when the spray went all over the place I realized I might have thought of a better way to do this). :?

Anyway the pipes are working fine, the tank is clean, but the pump for the headlight sprayers doesn't seem to be doing anything. It either seized up or a fuse is blown somewhere.

looks like there is no fuse but there is a relay. I may just connect the battery terminals to the pump to see if it still works at all. If it does, I will have to check the relay which is near the tray supporting the batteries...
