Drivetrain mounts? Transfer case/tranny bushings

Folks,
Got a few clunks and got under my L300 4x4 manual tranny man-van ... The rubber in the tranny/ transfer case mounts are ehhhh bad. I searched here and came up with part numbers for an automatic application. Any help for a Japanese market Delica part numbers? Point in the right direction would be appreciated. Thank you.
